Our Quality Assurance team assesses real-time reports with check-points that show us if the cleaning is up to our high standards.
Please note that our cleaners work in teams, therefore we do not charge per hour but a fixed price for the property, this price is based weekly turnovers however should your guest stay for more than 4 weeks without a clean, deep clean charges apply.
